Hi, I work in a small office and we purchased a setup package from a local business to install all our network services..
Upon the setup payment was made, however whenever we have any problems there is a £50 call out fee..
Weve decided to maintain it ourselves but dont have access to the server.. its running windows server 2003 but we dont have the username or password...is there any way to bypass this because we dont want to have to format it...

thanks guys

Burnsy's right, ring them and ask for the admin username and password for the server. And once you have it make sure that the password is changed, and that there are no other admin users on the box. If they are no longer supporting the box they should not have a password for it.

And while you at it make sure they have supplied you with all of the appropriate licences and certificates of authenticity for all of the (Microsoft) products they supplied.
