Server Recommendations

Hello.

I've never really been into server hardware etc but a client has asked me to spec a server for his company.
Downtime of the server will be a major issue as it will be running call centre software so redundancy is a key factor.
Ideally we will need Dual CPU, Dual PSU (hot swappable, if possible) and RAID 1 with hot swappable drives.
The software isn't too intensive so the server doesnt need to be a monster.
Any brands or particular models i should research? IBM? Dell? HP?
Form factor doesnt matter to much either.

Any input will be appriciated.

Thanks for your input guys

Looking into things a little i've narrowed it down to the following two.
One is an HP, HP ProLiant ML350p Gen8.
The other is a Fujitsu PRIMERGY RX100 S7p.

Anyone had a dealings with Fujitsu?
