Server resource bar graphs (PHP) ?

Hi,

I need to put together a webpage with bar charts (current usage only at thispoint) for a server disk, ram, network throughput. I am currently working with a LAMP stack but I am more server admin than web development.

I can pull the stats from the server but do not know what is available to provide the charts on a web page. Ideally the stats would come from a mysql DB table where I would place it.

Any direction or tutorial links sor something free and suitable would be gratefully received.
