Server Rig specs

Hi,

Could some people suggest a decent spec for a server that needs to look after 4 clients. The clients back up their 'my docs' to the server every night, so storage is vital. Don't need monitor or Keyb/Mouse as all clients can RMD to the server.

It needs to be 64bit and the price should include WIN2K3 Server OS.

Can anyone help? Thanks

Im not speccing up a complete PC, as im off out in a min, but i'd recommend, with an eye for the future:
A dual core processor.
Good cooling for it.
Stable Mobo.
At least 1Gb of quality ram.
A quality PSU.
Fast, multiple HDDs.
