Server Specs?

Hi,

Looking at setting up a server for call of duty 5, just for my caln to use (about 12 slots) would sort of specs would i need?

I have some old bit lying around: P5n-e mobo, 4gb Ram, 500gb HDD, PSU, case etc.
Was thinking of a E2200 CPU for about £50 would this sort of setup be good enough?

What line is it going to be running on ?

hmm? You mean Telephone line? If so it will be on my ADSL which is about 4meg, but it wont run 24/7 and prob never more than 8 ppl.

I ran a COD4 16 man server my broadband with 512KB/s upload speed and it was fine. The machine was a 3800X2, 2GB ram and XP Pro

The other option is renting a server, it's a lot cheaper than you'd think and then it's available 24/7 to anyone who want to play even if you're broadband is being used elsewhere.

we do run our own server and it aint that cheap!
OK .ets say my connection is good, what specs should I be looking at?
