Server Temps

Hi, I'm looking for other people's opinions as to if they think these server temperatures are acceptable:
System: 41C
CPU: 42C
AUX: 41C
HD: 42C

There isn't much ventilation other than an intake fan and a CPU fan @ 1900RPM~. It also has quite a bit of up time and the temperatures usually remain at around those temperatures and never really exceed them. I know I should ventilate it more but I need the server to be quiet as it's in my bedroom.

If you think these temperatures could be improved without sacrificing the quietness of it, please do give me your suggestions.

That is just fine, nothing wrong with them.

What kind of stress is it under?

Hard drive a little on the warm side but still fine.

It's under relatively little stress, just using it for Active Directory, WDS, and IIS at the moment. Hardly any CPU Usage and little memory usage either. It's also running Server 2008 R2.
