Server to run web hosting for business

I'm contemplating buying a server that runs 10 websites for my company. The running pages will include: 5 company profile pages and 5 discussion forum pages.

So which server will I buy is fine and how much does it cost? Thank you.

Why on earth would you want to host this yourself? Get something on Azure or AWS and save yourself the hassle.

Because the services in my country update compatible versions very slowly. That's why I want to be more proactive to manage my own new application.

Assuming they can get the services from another country.

OP: if you want to run these kind of services, using your own server, no offence but you really should know what servers to use. Depends on the kind of websites you run you might not need a powerful one, just something that's on 24/7.

For 10 websites you probably don't even need something powerful. A simple micro box would be fine for basic websites.
