Hi All,
I am looking at getting a minecraft server on a colo contract, the pack is 1U, 0.5A, Gigabit and 10TB Bandwidth. We would like 32GB ram, that's all I'm fussy about, is there any possibility to get this, or is there a cheaper way to get hosting, our current quote is £36 if we keep below 0.5A and £3.6 per extra 0.1A, any ideas to keep the power down and performance up?

OVH is a budget hosting provider. They're cheap and the support is bad but you get a decent dedicated server attached to an 'ok' network.

There are already a lot of inexpensive Minecraft hosting providers around, but if you think you have a USP, good luck!

Was looking at coloing at justcolo.com, for maintenance they have a build room where you go and tinker with your server as for remote hands, they didn't mention any

I'll take your word about OVH, shouldn't need support too much (hopefully) they promise 200mbps so that's enough for a good amount of players on the server, thanks a lot guys :)
