Service Account for Jenkins and idle session timeout

So I'm sure I'm just over thinking this, but I have a request to allow a service account to not be disconnected after x amount of hours. It's for one of our dev teams which they need to run jenkins automation, but they claim they need the session timeout to be increased from the default on the domain.

Is there a better way than just increasing the terminal service timeout values via GPO?
