Service Improvements! Order Saturday, Delivery on Monday

Hey guys,

OcUK are always looking at ways to improve our customer service. We have worked with DPD to bring you next working day delivery if you order before 2pm on a Saturday from us. This means any orders placed on Saturday before 2pm with the DPD next working day delivery will be delivered on Monday for you*

This new additional service will not cost any extra - the usual standard next day deivery charge remains the same. (free delivery for loyal forum members still applies)

*Subject to being a standard UK mainland delivery destination

, will this mean us loyal forumers will get this dpd next day as a choice the same as free delivery, or a little cost?

This has been added, does not affect the free delivery, which means this option is available to everyone, including you guys with the free delivery.

Well it is still part of the normal next day delivery with DPD. It just means DPD are now collecting on a Saturday too so you have a delivery Monday, instead of waiting until the Tuesday.

, one thing i would like to ask, however uncertain if you are able to answer, is that if i were to buy all the components for a pc build from yourselves, are you able to put them together and ship it out?

We do not offer custom builds, but if you see a system on our website we can tweak them slightly, and we also have a custom configuration page:

Oki dokes, so if i were to buy one of them builds, tweak it slightly before i stick it in the basket, could i then ask for slight tweaks like 8gb rather than 4gb ram, however i think that was already implemented in the new system

Specced a fully oced SB i7 2600k with a 6970 and, 8gb ram, watercooling and a 24" 3d monitor. Will keep it in mind until i get my university grant, might be able to treat myself

, however it wont be for a few months anyway. - total of £1645.86 inc VAT
