Serving files

hi guys, i want to host some files.

Nothing fancy.

I want

<banner>

Name.............descrption..........size.........download count
comments

and then repeat.

I could do something fairly easily but im not sure about comments or download counting.

So i figure there must be some freeware script that can keep track of all this tosh. Nothing fancy. No accounts for comments or anything.

I have tons of space, mysql data base, php4 etc. Any free scripts for this?

Although the download one looks like you can only put them all on one page, you just link to the php query of the download file

ie: the first one would be http://filedownload.gentleprojects.com/test.php?test.bmp

I have tried the comment script, it is very good. Comes with a control panel too. Here is the comments example http://comments.gentleprojects.com/
