is this for CPUs?

it says on the tube "effective from -50 to +200 degrees C"
and on the back it says "Thermally conductive silicone grease for insulation and protection of electrical components"

I realise its not going to be the best, but i want to build my rig tomorrow as i go back to school on monday...

If its totally the wrong stuff I obviously wont use it, but I'm not going to be doing any over clocking or anything, so I'm not that concerned if it's just "not great"

It is a cheap thermal paste, I used it mostly for mounting lower power proc or for familys pc's, if you want to get a good thermal heat transfer then get a decent paste.
