Hi guys, bit of a weird one. Wonder if anyone has any ideas.
I bet it's something really obvious
Sometimes I need to VPN into work, I use a couple of different machines running Windows 7 depending what i'm doing at any given time.
The following happens when I use VPN:
When I Remote Desktop to Machine A, after I disconnect the Remote Desktop session, it seems to timeout my login session on the computer. So when I come back to that PC later I need to start a brand new login session.
When I Remote Desktop to Machine B, when I disconnect my session and come back later, it has no problems remembering my login session and I can continue working on whatever I was working on.
Both machines act as normal when I am in the office, i.e. Machine A does not forget my sessions, it only appears to occur when i'm using VPN. It's like Machine A can't remember my disconnected login session whilst Machine B has no problem.
Appreciate any ideas of things I can check. As far as I can tell the machines are in the same OU so should have the same GPO's applied to them.
