set Memory Timings Help required

Hi all

last night i recieved 3x4GB RipjawsX G.skill ram (1600mhz)

There rated at 9-9-9-24. There currently running at 9-11-11-28

now i was going to set them up in the bios as 9-9-9-24 however when i go into the bios there are three section for changing the timings.

which ones do i need to change?

Ignore the 2nd and 3rd information.

You need to change the first four entries under 1st information from auto to 9-9-9-24 in that order.
