I'm looking for an application for Nvidia cards that can set a refresh rate per-application.

I have a program that runs too fast unless it is ran at 60Hz. I have my screen set to 75Hz, and having to change to 60Hz and back manually is a pain.

Ultramon will kind of do this. You can set up profiles of any mixture of display resolution and refresh rate you like and activate it at the click of a desktop icon. I use it to toggle which of my two monitors is set to be primary for 3d apps.
