Set Static IP on Iphone

Guys,

Got an iphone and im trying to setup a static ip, and its driving me crazy, i cant figure out how to do it.

Also, every 2/3 time im in the settings/wifi it will give a black screen then return to the home screen.

Anyone any ideas?

update it in itunes too 2.1 / restore it if the blank screen is a prob

Settings > WiFi > Tap the blue arrow next to the network name, hit Static and enter the details?

Works perfectly here and has done since on my original iPhone!
