"Set Up Backup" not working - Windows 7 64bit. Can you help?

Hey guys,

See this screenshot below:

You see the "Set up Backup" button - when I select that on my system NOTHING happens

The drive does not read - nothing. I have checked the services list and the backup service is running. I have verified this by looking at the services list (services.msc) and by checking Task Manager. Both say it is running.

Im on W7 64bit, would any of you have some advice on this? Thanks!!

I use 64bit as well and it works for me. Have you waited for it? It might just be being slow because its the first time. Or try restarting your pc and trying again

Yea I did wait but nothing happens. I looked at the HD light while I clicked and usually it lights up when reading but with this....nothing. I will try a restart and get back on here to report. Thanks for the reply!

UPDATE---->> Nah it still doesnt work. Its ok I given up now! I do use a 3rd party app but was just curious to use the built-in W7 app.
