setanta urgent help!!

i signed up for setanta today for the fight and footie but after a few minutes my screen blacked out - has anyone got any advice or solutions~did this hapen to you when you first got it? tried their help line but as expect no use - automated voices!

help much appreciated.

They told me it takes around 20 minutes to be able to see the channel and they was right.
