Apologies for any mistakes, give me a slap and will update any corrections asap ! Am working on a new layout and will include gpu assisted and percentage increases/decreases in next news.

Interesting progress with the use of ati gpu’s which could help bring on board more team members!

Team China will feel the size 12 stomping boots of OcUk in the not to distant future well done all on the sustained and increasing output and congratulations to this weeks tiffy winners :D

Pending approval from Mr Berserker sah our honourable team founder, would like to know the running costs of Team OcUk website and how we can contribute towards it.
This is not a “name and shame” exercise just a polite request that those who can donate whatever they can to help towards running costs.
Hopefully we could post an update weekly with the news of what is needed and what has been contributed?

Will start the ball running with £10 …. Your turn

RUNNING TOTAL £10 £20 £30 £40
Fine showing chaps all donations would be greatfully accepted from 1p upwards every little helps:)

Thanks for the news Mr ToxicTbag.
I'll happily donate to the cause but you'll have to let me know how tho, as I have no paypal - will a used tenner do? I'll drop it in next time I'm passing by :D.

Your cracking the wu's out at a hefty pace you know what happens when you try to hard (we'll say no more about it incase we jinx it)

Evening Mr Kolala sah your welcome, when Mr Berserker gives us a few pointers i will be happy to donate a tenner for you and drop it when your passing by no problem :)

Nice news Toxic - we might be missing some big hitters but we aren't doing too bad..
You can stick me down for a donation, but it will have to be next month as I have blown this months money already :eek:

Evening Mr Edge sah, aye tis sad some have drifted a little but its all for a good cause regardless of the project.

I hope you've blown this months dosh on something with G T X in the title :)

Let me know what you want to chip in and i will send it once we have awoken Mr Berserker and will catch up with you next month.

Hmmm thats an idea.....mutters incoherently....will have a rummage and see what can be sold off that will go towards the bill :)

great news ToxicTBag.. although i think there might be an issue with the top 20? you have me below Halz?? nice to be top of the RAC pile although looking at your dumpage i guess it will only be temporary.

Team China in our sights eh, that will be quite a scalp as I reckon their potential userbase is slightly larger than ours:p

Treat myself to a 470 and a 260(:eek:) will be putting a rig together today so hopefully it will start pumping wu's out by tonight....Team China here we come :D

**Edit** ok knowledgeable ones just realised something, am going to be using a gtx 260 and a gtx 470 in the same system, its been a while since i ran 2 different gpu "architectures" or whatever it is you call it. I forgot what exactly it is i need to do with boinc such as lunatics optimised and the app_info to get it to run the 2 on same system.
Would appreciate any pointers as allways....truth be told am kind of enjoying getting stuck back in and having wires and gpu's all over the place wondering how to configure stuff......bliss :D

You need to make or adjust I forget which one it is, a cc_config.xml file in the BOINC directory in X:\ProgramData\BOINC

Code:
<cc_config>
<options>
<use_all_gpus>1</use_all_gpus>
</options>
</cc_config>

That should get you going hopefully :)

Had my rig off for most of yesterday :eek: :( Heat, noise and a headache didn't go well with me :p

You missed a chance to catch up a bit.:p

Mine was busy catching up with rosetta and einstein units downloaded during the last seti outage, which are now approaching their deadline.

The boinc client is still rubbish at scheduling. Even with only a two day cache set, it still downloads far too many when I only want a small amount. The einstein ones take nearly an hour to crunch, so why would it download hundreds of them :mad:

(einstein parp to Mr Jagen):D
