Ahem .... as we need all the help we can get to charge past Team China at a rate of knots if any of the crew at OcUk Headquarters would like to lend a hand we would appreciate it.
I know some of you guys have monstrous rigs and all we are asking is as little or as much as you can spare crunching time :D

NASA Begins Countdown for Next-to-Last Shuttle Launch

Full Article

As the U.S.A. enters into a winding down of their manned space exploration program China has set itself an impressive list of ambitions in the coming years. Naturally one nation is worried about the implications of the superiority of another but thankfully politics should not prevail after the upper troposhere :D

Full Article

Alas their ambitions in the heavens is not going to stop them having there butts handed to them on a plate in 11 days time when we stomp Team China :D

Thanks to everyone that has helped us speed ahead towards our next stomp, and congratulations to our recent tiffy winners.

Every team member appreciates each and every other members contribution regardless of the amount. Welcome to jondi_hanluc and raithsphere our 2 newest members.
In a bid to make the single pc users list a little more competative am assuming this weeks additions are single pc users please correct me if that is not the case. I see the single league getting a whole lot more interest, and congrats to Christian and raithsphere who have allready started pumping out the work units :)
As allways any mistakes give me a slap and will correct asap, any constructive comments are allways welcome, heckling from the peanuts gallery will be duly ignored :D
Seti seems strong and steady of late but there is a problem with the upload server at the minute so todays results may not be entirely accurate. We are holding our own despite missing some of our big hitters and i hope subtle hints, begging emails and threats of blackmail may payoff in due course.

Have a great week team i have a feeling in my water we will stomp Team China before next weeks news.

Cheers for the news Tbag, my 2 460s should be back with SETI soon, nice to see a bit more competition in the single league table too :)

Your welcome Mr dekez sah 2 x 460 would be more than welcome, yup a little more competition would be good i just hope it does not send Mr Marine over the edge :D;)

I still don't know how MI and Kolala manage to churn out that much from one rig, I need better GPUs!

Thanks for the news Mr T:)

Im back in seti town with two 560ti's and a few 460's ,just couldnt put up with lack of progress in einstein:rolleyes:

Your welcome Mr BaBa sah, sorry about Einstein but i for one am glad to see you back. What with the new members, my gpu's playing ball and your efforts its starting to feel like a good week :D

Looks like I just missed this week :)

After a long stint of folding, and more recently boinc (cpdn, rosetta, milkyway) I've got rid of milkyway and switched to seti. Just crunching on an E7200 @ 3.2 at the mo with 33% share (and 'not on' most of the time..), so could I be put on the single machine league please for next week TBag?

I've always been sceptical of SETI, but recently I've been reading a lot of Dawkins (mount improbably has a bit about alien life) and watching Cosmos by Sagan, and suddenly decided SETI was worth doing :)

Well glad to have you on board JoeyJoJo, yup i must admit Carl Sagan first sparked my interest way back. Have added you to the single pc users list so i dont forget next week.
Be sure to display your tiffy, once you have crunched the prescribed amount of wu's just post it in full view of all and sundry and remember when it comes to stomping show no mercy, we like a good trample around these parts :D

Cheers for the news Tbag :)

Damn 2nd :( I have been playing games again this week while I have been getting my rusty car sorted out for it mot on monday :p :D

Your welcome as allways sah ... rusty  With all that chrome going on i sincerely doubt there's any rust or at least i hope not.
Your gaming privileges are hereby revoked for 1 full week starting right now, or untill we stomp Team China whichever comes first ;):D

Well there's not much now :p But was a few bits nothing major not bad for a car 1 year younger than my good self

I won't be gaming from today got far to much work and car duties to worry about :D

Anyone else running a GTX460? How long should a WU take? Is 17 minutes ok running two WU's at once?

Fine job again TBag. Keep up the good work.

Cheers Mr Chasser sah :)

Anyone else running a GTX460? How long should a WU take? Is 17 minutes ok running two WU's at once?

17 minutes sounds about right on a gtx460 though i think Mr dekez is running a few and might be better informed than i :o Good to have you back Mr Biffa :D

Honesty alert:

I'm in the single cruncher list and I now have 2 computers working, so can I be removed from this list please?

Ta
FluffySheep

No problem Mr FluffySheep will do it now :)

Wishful thinking on the clients part I think, seems to average 25 minutes per 2 WU's now. But GPU is only 90% max. Thats with one thread dedicated to feeding the seti client. Without doing that the gpu was only like 40% utilised

Hey Tbag, you've got me listed in the single PC league however I'm crunching on several different PCs.

Also thanks for the news.

My output was down because I was away four days and I needed to shut the machines down because work was being done on the house. Still not bad for three days work though...
