Apologies for my dismal showing in the last week, have not and will not loose interest just a run of dodgy luck and priorities i will more than make up for it in the future.

Luck is not on my side engine on car needs a new set of pistons by the looks of it so I am looking to put on hold any pc upgrade for a while now :(

Welcome as allways Mr Marine, rats that damn car is it ever gonna play ball? :( Mine is a tad different have you ever heard the phrase "where there's a will there's a greedy relative" having to fork out for a solicitor is hampering my crunching plans no end :mad::eek::)

Sorted complete new engine (rebuilt) for £100 :eek: so upgrades may follow after show season is over :)

And my uploads are still struggling and I haven't got around to updating my client yet :(
 
I wouldnt upgrade just yet, better wait a while to see how the engine beds in! ;) on a side note i used to love escort/fiesta Rs's, i had a couple of mercury(?) grey fiesta Rs's, took me ages to find a minter back in the day and i crashed it within a month :( i bought my second one which promptly got nicked, i decided it wasnt to be so bought a golf then...
Back to seti, im down to 4th now mr tbag has joined us in the single pc league so i better get my computer working properly.

Congrats on getting teh car sorted .... not being rude or owt but i reckon if we don't mention the car again it'll be right as rain ...why tempt fate yet again :eek::)

I used to have no end of problems with drivers higher than 266 but apparently it was the optimised apps and now the new.38 version is out have installed 275 drivers and am running like a dream 91% usage 24-7 and not a fault yet :)

Yep, also on the Lunatics .38 and the 275.33's and all is well here ;)

Are you guys running more than one unit with .38 to get high % use?

When i tried 275 series drivers it would not run seti einstein or folding (win7 X64) but could try again if your having more luck.

seti is working fine with the new 0.38 app and 275 drivers (cant comment on einstein or folding).

But seti is utilising over 90% of gpu's (mine was over 96%) on a single instance - but I have swapped mine over to two wu's per gpu and they're running at 99% with no issues.

One more thing - couldn't (for the life of me) mix gpu's on the new drivers. Not even a GT430 would install alongside a GTX560 ti.
 
Note to Mr Chasser sah et al :)

OcUk are doing zotac gtx470's with 5 year warranty (card must be registered within 14 days from date of purchase to obtain the 5 year cover) for a very nice price only problem it ends at 9am and there's hardly any left :(
