The keen eyed amongst you will have no doubt noticed i have only done stats for the OcUk Seti Team for the last few news threads but being the reserved lot that you are you never asked why and did not complain. Happy to report full stats for all our OcUk projects are back to stay it was pure laziness on my part, takes an age to do and i have had a lot on the last few weeks.

Agree that SETI is becoming annoying with the file transfers, so will be switching projects for a little while myself.
 
I've not had any CPU work units for SETI for around 3 weeks now. Plenty of cuda_fermi units to keep my GPU warm but my CPU is feeling neglected. Is it just me having this problem?

My RAC has gone from 10k down to 1.5k :(
 
Non technical terms "it's all a bit poo pants at the minute" am sure it'll come right eventually we cant afford to lose any more members even temporarily :(:(:(

Im down two 560ti soc's at the moment they are on RMA at ocuk, they have never been stable and one has now started crashing all the time:(

My output seems to have dropped but i think its just wu supply problems ,not had time to keep an eye on it recently:(
 
Thanks for the news TBag, as always mucho appreciated. For the first time in ages I have WU's a plenty, let's hope this lasts as my output has been pretty pants just lately. ;)

Morning Mr Chasser sah yes there seems to be no shortage of wu's at present unfortunately am down to 2 tiny cards trying to sell and save towards new beasties so my output is pure poo-pants but it'll sky rocket one of these days :rolleyes::D

Can anyone help with this?

My SETI preferences are showing a CPU scheduling priority of 0.01 and Nvidia GPU scheduling priority of 729.36. This explains why I'm not getting any CPU units but I can't see how to change the settings.
 
I clicked on properties within the projects tab in BOINC.

If it helps I have a 100 resource share for SETI (95.24%) and a 5 share for Milkyway@Home (4.76%). Even with those settings the vast majority of work my PC picks up is for MW@Home
 
Not sure unfortunately, my expertise is limited. I know that Seti WU's were few and far between at the time of your first post but it seems to be ok now. Have you tried to reset or remove a project, then re-add? May kick things back in. Sorry I can't be much help, heres hoping one of the more knowledgeable guys will wander by.......... ;)
 
I seem to have sorted it. Removed the MW@Home project and I am now getting CPU units for SETI. Very odd...
