Welcome to issue 150 of the Seti News Thread & Team OcUk Projects.

A warm welcome to our 2 most recent members colasanto + JWeddell may your stay be a long and productive one. We also lost 2 members this week while my first thought would be to wish that the fleas of 1000 camels infest their armpits am sure they have their reasons and we have to respect that .... booooooo!

Production seems to be on the up, as well as Mr BaBas nuclear powered oojamaflip setup the single pc league is bubbling away and well done Mr Kolala sah for topping that list for output this week.

We are not so far from our next glorious team stomp and our entry into the worlds top ten teams. I did say i was taking a step back but am going to persevere and see if i can keep pace with the electric meter for another few weeks. Of course a little encouragement would make all the difference if we could see a few of our big hitters return, c'mon chaps you've had your fun fiddling with the force on the dark side your team needs you. Besides we don't want to squeeze into the top ten we want to arrive with some noise, a crack of the door as we slam it shut on Boinc Synergy and hello top ten!!!

Very roughly at stock .... 15-17000 oc/d 765-785 core maybe's 20-21000 i never got past 805 on a zotac gtx 470, if its a 465 with a 470 bios flash i would leave it at stock :)

Your welcome Colasanto any questions or problems there's allways someone about, the addage is the same it does not matter the size of your contribution the fact that your crunching the project is the main thing.

You will probably find a few problems with seti from time to time which gets us all a bit irked but it allways comes right in the end :)

Sorry i should have said what semmed to work for me - i switched back to 6.10.58, i say seemed to work right up untill tonight when i became a "seti outlaw" it ran through 3000 wu's in a few hours all shorties of 4-6 seconds stranger still some have actually validated while others have not.

So i said to heck with it and updated to 6.12.34 fingers crossed ok so far :)

Welcome as allways Mr dekez sah ....Its more a battle of whits with seti V Bag at the minute but it seems to have settled down and will sink my teeth in for another round :)

Fingers crossed think i finally sorted Seti .... its not junking wu's and has been pretty constant for the last few hours .... relieved :)
 
Forget exactly the does and don'ts so thought i would check with you guys .... what is it you have to do regarding boinc and app_info to mix the likes of a gtx570 and gtx295 on the same board .... much appreciated in advance :)
