It's been posted in GD and over at the SETI@home forums. The guy clearly has an agenda that that story is not telling us. That agenda is that he's a well-known conspiracy theorist. It's the usual 'OMGWTF the Government is sending out mind control rays, wear tinfoil hats' crap that gets me oh, so annoyed.
