SETI on a Mac, limiting CPU?

Is it possible to install SETI on my Mac but say "Only use [say] 20% of available CPU cycles?

I could be tempted.

There are options to limit processor usage on your account control panel page, so its just a question of whether the Mac boinc client obeys the options.

You can on a PC. So I can'nt see why not on a Mac.

Yeh you can do it, and it obeys. You can also tell it to only compute if you are using less than x% of your cpu.
