Setting 1T Command rate on GA-K8NSC

I must be losing it but for the life of me I can't remember where or even if this can be set in the bios on this board. Any help would be much appreciated.

I had this problem too with the mobo - I ended up using A64 Tweaker to change it to 1t command rate as there isn't an option in the BIOS that I could find.
