Guys, i just read on a flight sim forum about setting affinity (run program > ctrl+alt+del > processes tab > right click > set affinity)
They say it boosts the FPS in the game, i tried it an it does. But when i go into view the processor usage/perfoance tab after setting Flight Sim 2004 to only use CPU 0 (theres CPU 0, 1, 2 an 3 - my cpu is the Quad core QX6700) the graph is very high for that box...
Just wondering on the technical side by setting this what it actually does? and if its a bad thing to have it like that...
does it only use one of the cores for that application? thats why CPU 0 was sky high in the "performances tab"?
