Setting up 460 sli

I have ordered another gtx 460 so i can set up sli. This is my first sli setup and am i right in saying that there are sli drivers to install that are different than when just using one card??

Another quick question. Im i better to uninstall the current driver, put in the second card and then reinstall the driver again??
