Hi guys,
I posted something along these lines ages ago. What i want to do is setup a domain at home to try and learn more about win2k3 server. I have a server setup up running it but all it is doing is storing information centrally for me to access.
What i want to do is setup a domain so each user on the network can logon using their username and password and have access to only their information.
The catch.
Some users use large files such as photoshop files and adobe premiere files which can sometimes be well over 5gb's.
The setup.
I have a central server running win2k3 server enterprise edition
1 laptop running xp pro (This laptop will need to be able to be used away from the domain network eg on the road, and when i come back be able to update files on the server)
1 laptop running win2k pro
2 client pc's running win2k pro
**EDIT**
I forgot to say i have a router handling the internet connection
Is there anywhere online where i can get a step by step walkthrough to setting something like this up.
Cheers for the advice guys
