Hi I have just purchased a NAS drive and would like to set this up for FTP access.

No problem I thought done this loads of times. So I go into the Wireless box 2 web interface then into game and application sharing and selected ftp server which opened port 21 to the NAS and the created a second rule for the passive ports. I then logged into my work pc and opened a ftp client and tried to log in to the nas. The ftp client logged in but didn't show directory listing then timed out. Having checked the nas documentation it pointed to the passive ports not being forwared.
I phoned the O2 lack of help line and was told that he only did broadband conection issues and he could put me through to the tech guys but this would be a chargeable service

Has anyone got any ideas on how to configure the port forwarding on the o2 box 2 or a recomendation on another router to use on O2 premium
