Setting up an Outlook rule to move flagged messages

I want Outlook to put all messages that have been flagged into a certain folder but I cant work out how to do it, only how to apply a flag to incoming mail.

Any ideas?

Arrange by flag, then drag and drop?

Start from a Blank Rule. Click Next. One of the options is "Flagged for <action>".
