Hello all,

I have 4 domains on the following nameservers

dns1.namecheaphosting.com
dns2.namecheaphosting.com

I want to get my Debian server setup so that these domains point to my home network, how do I go about it? I can change DNS servers if needed, or host my own?

This is a first for me on Linux so any help would be brilliant.

Internal network configuration:

External IP: 62.31.121.92
Internal Server IP: 192.168.0.4
Internal DNS1: 194.168.4.100
Internal DNS2: 194.168.8.100

Surely you just need to log in to your domain providers control panel, and create an A record to point at your external IP address (assuming your external IP address is static ?

Aye that's basically what I've done now. Wanted to setup my server to go to the nameservers ideally, but this works just the same.
