Setting up Garry's Mod dedicated server at home

could someone give me some help on doing this please?

i downloaded the server files and copied them into my Source Dedicated Server folder but when i start it Garry's Mod isnt in the list. the readme is useless.. so i was just wondering if anyone could tell me how to do it.
