Setting up pop3 in Outlook

My email is with pipex and so am using pop.dial.pipex.com for my incoming mail server. My ISP was zen so used to use mailhost.zen.co.uk. But now I have moved house and the ISP is BT Internet.

What do I put in the SMTP field now? For BT internet, do I need to check the Outgoing Server requires authentication box?

Yep you need SMTP auth enabled for BT Internet SMTP. I think you need to put your BT user/pass in there but the details you need should be on the BT site somewhere.
