setting up push - pull config - help please??

Hi Guys,

I'm loving my Antec 1200 case and have since fitted another 120mm Fan behind the middle bay fan as it states you can.

Anyway I'm tempted with the Noctua NH-D1 cooler as recommended by all you nice chaps, but I just want to know how I go about setting up this push pull config?

Do I need the following to do it?

1) Fan Controller (Even though the case has them already?)
2) Do I need to replace any of the case fans or turn them around or will they be sorted t he way they are
3) Is it would be waiting for the Cooler Master V6 GT CPU Cooler rather than the Noctua?

I didt bother with any controller in my antec 1200 the fans are fine they way they are mate. When i went push/pull i just plugged both fans into my motherboard or you can use one of these http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CB-031-AK&groupid=701&catid=48&subcat=
