Setting up RAID array and vista

Im just waiting for my 2xSamsung 500GB HDD to be arrive along with windows vista 64 home edition. I just need to know if there are only problems with Raid and vista? One more question I am right to assume that for the RAID drivers I can use the mother support disk instead of using a floppy?

I've 2 samsung 500GB drives in a raid. I didnt need to use any additional drivers, windows just saw it as a disk. THats on a ASUS M2N-E sli
