Just bought this, but no manual, and the manual online seems to be a generic one, so asking for users opinions.

Just a couple of things:
1) I'm using an AMD GPU (HD 7950), do I need to download HD3D to get 3D working, or should have it installed with CCC?
2) I'm sat about 2-2.5ft away from the monitor, what would be the best depth setting?
3) Is it normal for the colour and brightness to dramatically change when switching to 3D mode (2D - 3D)?


Ill probably have some other questions soon, but for now that's it
 
Link doesn't work for me? but I think I know the contents of it, installing tri-def yeah?


New issue, when connected over DP, @1080p, the image is over scaled and I cant find anyway to under-scale it. CCC has the option greyed out and the monitor doesn't allow its own under-scaling.

Haven't played around with 3D that much because it gives me a headache after 15 mins or so .I made sure i had all the latest drivers & followed the guide in the link & everything just worked.I have the same cpu/GFX card as you so no idea why you are having problems.
Yes the picture does darken when you enable 3D.
