I'm completely baffled.

I know little about networking and it makes my head hurt thinking about it.

I bought the above box of tricks last year from OcUK, but never really got round to setting it up until now. I live in a 17th century cottage with thick walls and until now, the only way to get internet access in my bedroom was by using a dLAN wireless powerline thing-ma-jig, which works fine.

However my girlfriend (and to be fair, a little bit, me) get annoyed when it doesn't switch to the appropriately named "wifi" dLAN box in the bedroom, or release to the Netgear router in the lounge, so basically getting no wifi signal.

I thought (naively) that it would be fairly simple to set up the TL-WA901ND to act as an access point. Ideally, I want it with the same name, security settings etc so that when I'm in the bedroom, it switches smoothly and without me having to do anything, to the TL-WA901ND. Effectively, I want only 1 network name visible in the house.

Am I being stupid to think this can be done? Or am I just a muppet when it comes to this sort of thing?

Thanks in advance.
