Setting Up

Hey folks,

A friend of mine is looking to get into water cooling and is looking for some advice on the components he will need.

Could anybody recommend a simple CPU/GPU cooling setup that's not too pricey?

EDIT: Case will be Antec P182 with a P35 chipset and an 8800GTS GPU.

Low-end C2D at the mo but with hopes to go C2Q at a later date.
