Settings needed to O/C GA-EP45-DS3P

Can anyone post the BIOS settings for the above board to O/C it to allow a Q8400 to run at 3.20GHz - up from its 2.66GHz stock speed? I bought an O/C bundle a few weeks ago and had to slow everything down to get the O/S installed. I tried O/cUK's tech support but gave up after holding for two and a half hours.
