Settings on E6600?

My E6600 is running along nicely with 333 fsb at the moment at 3.06 gig. All is well, the temps seem ok, but a couple of questions.

First, I've got all other settings, like ram timing, on auto? Is that ok, or should I do anything with them, bearing in mind my PC8500 ram that cpu-z says is 6400?

And secondly, I have the thing on that reduces the multiplier to 6 (from 9) at idle, is that a good thing?

I have an arctic cooler 7 too

This is encouraging

1.35 volts for what? Sorry I'm a bit of a noob at this.

Yeah the cpu voltage is on auto. So raising it to 1.35v will lower the temperature? Ok I'll give that a go, thanks. Any other help/suggestions gratefully recieved

By the way, if anyone's still reading this, I check my bios and there's no setting for 1.35volts, all much higher?? My vcore is 1.36 already :confused:
