A pile of crap compared to an SD1 Vitesse. When the 800 came out my dad had an SD1 Vitesse and he borrowed an 825 from the garage for a weekend. Such a disappointing car compared to the Vitesse. Suffice to say he went the Carlton 24v route instead.

i used an 827 last year and i was quite impressed with it. the honda engine was smooth and delivered reasonable poke, the steering was very light and it was a pleasure to drive. For an old rover worth a few hundred £ it had a lot going for it. Anything less than that 2.7 i would imagine being pretty nasty.
