Looks a good spec, one thing I will mention is the Sunbeam cooler can get in the way of the motherboard heatsinks, but not on all motherboards.
It did on my Gigabyte EP45-DS3P but only a hair width away on the Gigabyte EX38-DS5

great. just realised i dont have any fans. are the two in the case + the cpu fan be enough? thanks

They'll do well for exhausting and keeping the CPU cool - you should really get at least one fan in the front and preferably two.

If you can spare £20, a couple of Sharkoon Silent Eagles do the job superbly in mine with a very similar rig (bar the GPU)

With you having quite a hot GPU in there I'd really recommend two fans in the front - forget about the side for now (I'm about to block mine up) but keep it in mind if the GPU seems warm :-)

That should make a fantastic gaming rig, while being relatively discreet :-)
