Hi,

I need some help, Im in the process of changing from a "wireless sdsl connection" to ADSL through a BT phone line.

I use the connection mainly for gaming.

I already have a Linksys WRV54G wireless vpn broadband router. (works fine)

My desktop is wired to the router.

What would be better;

To buy an ADSL modem (such as Linksys ADSL2MUE ADSL2 Modem with USB & Ethernet) and attach that to the router?

or

To buy a new ADSL router?

Also

I want to go completely wireless (as socket not nearcomputer, and BT want £110 to install one)

Is a wireless PCI card all I need fo my main PC (previously wired)?

Basically Im trying to suss what is my most cost effective and fastest solution.

Edit: My new ISP are offering "Billion 7402VGP VoIP/802.11g Wireless Router" for £80, would this be a good option.

Thanks

Ed

Probably as cheap to buy a new ADSL router, even if you buy a wired one and connect the wireless router you've got.
