Setup .exe not working :(

Hi all.

For some reason i keep getting "Setup.exe is not working" when trying to install games. It's becommine quite annoying

I've had a look for some fixes, tried one and i keep getting the same thing.

I use Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit.

Any advise from anyone would be great.
