setup help needed plz

Can anyone point me in the direction of a guide on how to properly setup your ram in bios, i have changed cpu & ram & cpuz shows it running at 5300 rather than 8500 speed on the SPD tab, thx

The ram is OCZ 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-8500C5 1066MHz SLI-Ready Edition Dual Channel DDR2 (OCZ2N1066SR2GK) found here.

The mobo is a JW-IP35-PRO with a E6850 cpu, thx

For the cpu, cpuz is showing
Core speed - 2992.9MHz
Multiplyer - x9.0
Bus speed - 332.5MHz
Rated FSB - 1330.1MHz
Does that seem right?

Oh, so the ram is no good with the mobo then, i have some other ram to try, its OCZ 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400C4 Dual Channel Platinum Revision 2 XTC Series DDR2 (OCZ2P800R22GK) that is here http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showp...num Revision 2 XTC Series DDR2 (OCZ2P800R22GK)
Do you think i will be better off using this instead?
