Sever Video component (mpg/avi etc to flv)

Does anyone know a good, (free?) component which enables you to upload anytype of video which then gets converted to flv for use on web?

IE a component which does a similar job to YouTube!

What you're looking for is a hosting provider who provide ffmpeg and ffmpeg-php. Very few shared hosting providers will do this as encoding videos is extremely cpu intensive. You should be able to find one that does by googling but ideally you would want to look at VDS or dedicated hosting for this.
