Hi All - Can you advise what these white connections are called and where I could get them from - Bathroom renovations and the waste connections for bath and sink are both cracked so need replaced.

Good luck they’ll all be solvent welded together.

one manufacturer to another use slightly different dimensions it’s a nightmare.

They are solvent weld waste pipes. They will just pull out of the grey pipe allowing you to replace them. One issue you have is that one of the white pipes is sat underneath the larger grey pipe, so you have to either move that out the way or leave part of the white pipe in place. Separating the grey pipe, it can just be pulled out, but it will require considerable force. If I were you I would try to just leave part of the white pipe in place so you don't need to move the grey pipe. Solvent weld piping and fittings are available at most good plumbing supplies. You can also repair solvent weld fittings to a small degree by using the solvent weld cement and pieces cut from a new fitting slapped on top of a small hole or crack for example. Solvent weld cement actually melts the plastic so the repair is as solid as solid can be.
If you decide to lift the grey pipe, then in a modern house the pipe running up is just an anti-siphon pipe that allows air in to stop siphon action sucking all the water out of the toilet when the waste races away. They often don't go through the roof and just terminate in the loft, so can easily be lifted, but you need to check where it goes and whether it can be lifted.
