Sex After Marriage????

Hey

I'm 21. Friends were shocked when I told them that I did not believe in sex before marriage. I view my virginity as my gift to my future husband. At the moment, Im single, though I have been in a long term relationship and few lil relationships. Guys have new from get go where I stand.

Sex after marriage...does it still exist?? How do you value a girl who does not believe in sex before marriage???? Would you date a girl who had such views?? lol, wondering what others thought.

What if theyre crap, then you're married to them and theres not a lot you can do about it

I'd date a girl who didn't want to have sex before marriage if I really liked her (and thought there was a chance of making it to marriage!). Are you a christian because if not I can't really understand the rationale behind the decision. Not having one night stands or short term relationships I can understand, but no sex before marriage full stop seems a bit pointless to me seeing how many divorces there are nowadays.

EDIT: As long as you aren't some weirdo who's freaked out by sex like that woman in On Chesil Beach!

Yep, im a Christian.... I have been in near situtions with the guys I have been in relationships with (I'm human). Though, I do wish to keep my virginity until I'm married.

I'm probably going to get loled at by my real life mates who have accounts on here but...

I'm 20 and kinda think the same. I don't believe in Marriage because of how many fail. I think I know one mate who's parents are still together.

I just don't believe in sex unless it's a serious relationship. Never had a serious relationship so.... lol.

Would I date a girl with your thoughts. Of course. If marriage meant that much to her I would probably go for that as well.

But Megz, if I turn 30 and still haven't met the right girl. PLEASE let me look you up lol.

Megz, the decision you've made is excellent. There's so much promiscuity in society these day that I wish there were more like you! It really would solve so many problems!

Whilst I'm not a Christian, I do have great respect for the morality that Christianity teaches. The simple fact that Britain is now 'multi faith' and Christian principles are no longer instilled into a large percentage of our youth probably contributes massively to our dire situation!

To all the naysayers out there suggesting that Megz will be very disappointed if her future husband is crap in the sack : Her decision won't be clouded by his size or technique. The marriage will be purely about love, respect and adoration. It'll be great either way!

Thank You. As I have mentioned, I hope I do not have sex before marriage. Though, I am human with sexual tendencies. I remember once telling my parents this and they were shocked as they never waited until they were married - they had a few partners before they met each other.
