Sexual Offences Act 2003 extended anonymity to victims of ‘sexual grooming’ amongst other offences. With the advent of the digital era, sexual grooming is becoming a more common offence and yet there appears to be legal difficulties in prosecuting sex crimes against children. What do you think are these difficulties?
i have to give a presentation about this as part of my law module next tuesday.
So far i have looked through my notes, textbook, and lecture slides which are put up by the teacher.
However i cannot find anything to do with it and i do not have a clue about what the difficulties could be. And seeing as how im doing sports journalism at uni i dont see how this relates to me:S
Can any help me out ? would be much appreciated
